ABOUT YOUR GUIDE.

Meaningful change is rarely a straight line. Brian Cohn has spent his career learning the terrain — working with learners from infancy through adulthood, coaching school teams and organizations, and mentoring clinicians who are finding their own footing in the field.

He brings a full toolkit to every engagement. More importantly, he knows when to use each one.

Brian works where people are — in homes, schools, organizations, and the community — navigating challenges with creativity, compassion, and purpose. He's based in Colorado and serves individuals, families, and teams across the region.

"My job isn't to have all the answers. It's to make sure you're not out here alone — and that you've got the tools to keep going when I'm not."

Every person, every team, every challenge gets a fresh read. No templates. No shortcuts. Just a strategy built for the terrain in front of you.
